Dems back at +154 at Pinnacle(saddam must be dead!).Personaly, I think W.'s got Osama doing a Ted Williams somewhere and they will thaw him out the week before the election and say 'look what I found.'
I had a great idea in how to play that line. Bet heavily on GOP. If you lose, Dems will be in power and improved economy will provide money. And if you and GOP win, you will really need the money because Bush doesn't have a clue on the economy.
